Shipping
SHIPPING
- Orders are processed same day as they are received.
- Any order that comes in after 12 pm will be processed next day.
- Please allow up to 1-5 business days to fully process your order, as some orders are custom made.
- All orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders are not processed during the weekend.
- Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm EST, except on Major Holidays.
- Orders are shipped after payment is verified. This can be same day, or up to 1-3 business days (Not including Holidays).
- If an order needs to be changed and has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@ellapons.com with your name and order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- If order is processed and shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the order and process a return.
- Email confirmation will be sent once order is processed.
- Delivery times vary on transit times.
- Delivery options are available upon check out.
Domestic Orders
Enjoy free U.S standard shipping on orders above $250.
Email with tracking information will be sent once order has been processed. You can then track it on the courier website for more exact details of transit times.
Domestic Shipping options are:
- USPS First Class: 3-8 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: 2 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express Next business day.
International Orders
Customers placing orders for International shipping agree to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country.
Packages subject to customs may take extra time to be delivered, please keep this in mind when trying to estimate a delivery date.

International Shipping options are:
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business day.
